LEGACY TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LEGACY website and your purchase of products from LEGACY. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, descriptions, sizing, and details accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, lighting, and device.

Products may be offered in limited quantities or through preorder. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders when necessary.

3. Preorders

The Essentials Line is offered through preorder. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks after the preorder closes for production and order processing. Shipping transit time is separate.

Estimated production dates are not guaranteed delivery dates. If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised at purchase, we will contact you with an updated shipping date and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a full refund.

Orders containing multiple items may ship together when the entire order is ready.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information. By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged for the total displayed at checkout.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

5. Order acceptance and cancellation

Receiving an order-confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasonable business concerns.

Customers may request to cancel a preorder within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order enters preorder processing and cannot be canceled for a change of mind.

If LEGACY cancels an order after payment has been collected, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges and refunds

Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from stains and odors, and returned with all original tags attached.

We do not accept general returns or provide refunds for incorrect size selection, fit or color preference, or change of mind.

Exchange availability is not guaranteed because preorder inventory is limited. If the requested replacement is unavailable, LEGACY may offer another available item or store credit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please review our Exchange & Refund Policy for complete requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

7. Shipping

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment or ships.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

8. Intellectual property

All website content—including the LEGACY name, logos, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, text, product names, and campaign materials—is owned by or licensed to LEGACY and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

9. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to LEGACY, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant LEGACY permission to use, reproduce, and share content you intentionally submit for promotional or business purposes, subject to applicable law. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use this website to:

Violate any applicable law
Commit fraud or submit false information
Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful material
Interfere with the website’s security or operation
Harass, threaten, or harm another person
Collect information about other users without authorization

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Our website may contain third-party services, payment providers, applications, or links. LEGACY is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, secure, and available. However, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LEGACY will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent legally permitted.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold LEGACY and its service providers harmless from claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website or violation of these Terms.
